Rexplicit Cattery- Jackie Walters Box 19 Langdon, Alberta T0J1X0 403-370-3506 Sales agreement/health guarantee A $200.00 deposit is required to reserve a kitten with the balance received and paid in full prior to shipping or at time of receiving your kitten. In order for the warranty set forth below to be effective, you are required to: 1. Provide adequate and necessary socialization and accommodations including but NOT limited to proper diet including water and food, provide a safe indoor home for this pet. 2. Provide continuing health care including proper nutrition, vaccinations and medical treatment for the extent of the life including all above recommendations and those of the attending veterinarian. 3. Provide a warm place for the kittens such as a heat pad. Kittens can be chilled easily and a heat pad will provide them a heat source that is needed to stay healthy. A quality nutritious dry food needs to be available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. 4. We make sure all kittens get there feet handled and nails trimmed regularly hoping that you can easily continue this procedure when necessary instead of choosing to decalw. Your pet is warranted for: 1. Hereditary and congenital defects, including hip dysphasia (if applicable to pets breed) that severely affects the pets ability to lead a normal life to 12 months of age. Upon diagnosis of any hereditary or congenital defect, you must notify the breeder/seller within 2 days of such diagnosis. This diagnosis must be verified in a written report from a veterinarian confirming the existence of a hereditary or genetic condition that renders pet unsuitable as a pet until the age of 12 months. The existence of such condition must be confirmed by written report of a veterinarian at your expense. 2. Death as a result of a genetic condition prior to 12 months of age must be verified by a written Necropsy report from a veterinarian. 3. Our pets are sold as pet quality, meaning that they are not sold for showing or breeding purposes and need to be spayed and neutered (Please see spay/neuter contract). Your pet is NOT warranted for: Conditions or occurrences resulting from transportation, after the introduction to resident pets and/or the home. The pet owner realizes that incidents can occur from the stress of shipping, introduction to a new home and/or resident pets as well as trips to the vet. Some common circumstances such as fleas, ear mites, ringworm, intestinal worms etc. can be picked up anytime and are not warranted by the seller. EXCEPT AS TO THE WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE, BREEDER/SELLER MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTIES AS TO THE CONDITION OF SUCH PET OR THE FITNESS THEREOF FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR THE MECHANTABILITY THEREOF THIS IS A ‘AS IS’ SALE. Terms and conditions We do not offer cash refunds or reimbursements for veterinary fees. We are not responsible for any defects in this pet other than what’s outlined in the warranty. We do not offer cash refunds of any kind for any claims made and our liability is limited to the replacement of the pet without exceptions. Breeder/seller is not responsible for any expenses, including but not limited to legal fees and veterinarian fees after the pet has left the possession of the breeder/seller. Should your pet be replaced under the terms of this warranty, you are responsible for the shipping and documentation fees to transport your replacement pet to you. When we receive the required verification we will reserve a kitten for you. If for any reason you should fail to pay the balance of the purchase price the deposit is forfeited and shall be retained by breeder/seller. We accept personal cheques for deposit but final payment must be email money transaction, cash, money order or bank cheques ONLY and received by breeder/seller prior to shipment or by pickup date of pet. When we receive your deposit and signed bill of sales and sale agreement, it is placed in a holding account. Insufficient funds on personal cheques will void this agreement. A $200.00 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a kitten. By purchasing a kitten (pet), the new pet owner agrees to the contents in their entirety.
